Chloride and Petroglyph Chloride, Arizona, 2003
Chloride and Petroglyph was photographed August 25, 2003
in the afternoon following a summer monsoon near the Arizona
mining town of Chloride. The mural painted in 1966 by Roy Purcell
depicts the town of Chloride and the Tennessee Mine. Adjacent
to the mural is a "pre-historic" petroglyph.
