No Horses, Lincoln County, Nevada, 2004
No Horses was photographed in the morning light of January
16, 2004 (it was 16 degrees). This photo gets its name from a
1974 Heizer and Hester study where they reference "a modern
equinophobic graffito which reads 'NO HORSES'." The scratched
NO HORSES is in two places.
